Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use Nevilix, including our English-learning lessons, grammar resources, quizzes, practice tools, account features, driving-learning resources, and other services available through nevilix.com.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Nevilix, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
If you use Nevilix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. About Nevilix
Nevilix is an educational platform designed to support independent learning through listening practice, grammar study, vocabulary activities, quizzes, assessments, progress features, and related learning tools.
Features, content, learning modes, availability, and access rules may change as the platform develops. A feature may be improved, replaced, paused, or removed when reasonably necessary for quality, security, maintenance, or product development.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Some Nevilix features may be available without an account, while others may require registration. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that materially affects your account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Nevilix as soon as reasonably possible.
Users who are not legally able to accept these Terms on their own should use Nevilix only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or other person whose consent is required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Nevilix for lawful personal learning and other permitted educational purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, private APIs, or administrative areas;
- interfere with, overload, disable, attack, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;
- use bots, automated tools, scraping systems, or bulk extraction methods in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law;
- circumvent access controls, membership restrictions, rate limits, security measures, or technical protections;
- introduce malware, malicious code, deceptive content, or other harmful material;
- use Nevilix to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- misrepresent your identity or use the service for fraud, spam, abuse, or unlawful activity; or
- copy, republish, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected Nevilix materials except where permission or applicable law allows it.
5. Learning content and accuracy
Nevilix provides educational content and practice tools to help learners develop skills. We work to keep information useful and accurate, but educational materials may contain errors, become outdated, or require correction.
Scores, CEFR indications, progress measures, recommendations, weak-area analysis, or similar learning indicators are educational signals. They are not official academic qualifications, certified language scores, or guarantees of performance in an external examination unless Nevilix expressly states otherwise.
6. Driving-learning disclaimer
Nevilix may provide driving-theory study materials, practice questions, mock examinations, road-sign information, or learning tips. These resources are provided for study and practice purposes only.
They do not replace official laws, regulations, government instructions, licensed driving instruction, or the requirements of an authorized examination authority. Traffic rules and examination requirements can change. Before making a legal, safety, licensing, or driving decision, consult the current official source applicable to you.
7. Intellectual property and content rights
Nevilix, its licensors, and other applicable rights holders retain their respective rights in the website, software, design, branding, databases, lessons, text, audio, images, exercises, questions, and other materials.
Subject to these Terms, Nevilix grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for permitted learning purposes. This does not transfer ownership of any content or technology to you.
Some material may be supplied, licensed, linked, or otherwise made available by third parties. Rights in that material remain with the applicable rights holder and may be subject to additional terms.
8. Feedback and submissions
If you voluntarily send suggestions, corrections, ideas, or feedback about Nevilix, you allow us to use that feedback to evaluate, improve, and develop the service without requiring payment to you, unless we separately agree otherwise.
Do not submit material you do not have the right to share or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
9. Third-party services and links
Nevilix may use or link to third-party services, websites, media, infrastructure, authentication providers, analytics, advertising systems, or other external resources. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Nevilix is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control. You should review the applicable third-party terms before using them.
10. Advertising
Nevilix may display advertising or use advertising services, including third-party advertising providers. Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, account settings, and the technologies used by the advertising provider.

11. Premium or paid features
If Nevilix offers paid subscriptions, premium access, or other paid features, the price, billing period, included benefits, renewal terms, and any applicable cancellation or refund information will be shown before purchase or in additional purchase terms.
Paid-feature terms apply in addition to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Nevilix available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, hosting issues, software updates, third-party failures, network conditions, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
We may modify features or technical requirements when reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects a paid service, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and any additional purchase terms.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nevilix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature, lesson, answer, recommendation, score, link, or third-party resource will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Nothing on Nevilix should be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated professional advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nevilix and the persons involved in operating the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the service where such liability may lawfully be limited.
These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, security, infrastructure, legal compliance, or the integrity of Nevilix, including in response to serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should continue after account closure or termination may remain in effect.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Nevilix changes or when legal, security, operational, or product requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate or required by law. Continuing to use Nevilix after updated Terms become effective means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
17. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the operation of Nevilix. If the law where you live gives you mandatory consumer or statutory rights, these Terms do not take those rights away.
