Present Simple

Use the present simple for habits, repeated actions, general truths, and states. Affirmative: I work. She works. Negative: I do not work. She does not work. Question: Do you work? Does she work? Add -s or -es to the verb with he, she, and it. After does or does not, use the base form of the verb. Example: He studies English every evening.
